Information on Refunds for Retro Rental classic car rentals

Retro Rental appreciates the trust our customers place in us when they book a classic car rental. We understand that plans may change, and as such, we have established a clear and fair refund policy.

**Refund Policy**:

**General conditions**
Our refund policy applies to all classic car rental bookings made directly with Retro Rental via our website or email.

**Cancellation and Refund Policy**
- **Early cancellation:** If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before the rental start date, you will be refunded the full amount paid, less an administration fee of [amount/percentage].
- **Late cancellation:** For cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date, a cancellation fee equal to [percentage] of the total rental amount will be retained.
- **No Show:** If you do not show up on the agreed date and time to collect the car without having notified the cancellation, it will not be possible to receive any refund.

**Damage or Problems with the vehicle**
- If the rented vehicle has technical problems that prevent normal use, the customer is entitled to a partial or total refund, depending on the severity of the problem and the duration of the inconvenience.
- Expenses related to car damage are not part of the refund policy, unless otherwise covered by our insurance policy or a separate agreement.

**Booking changes**
Any changes to the booking resulting in a change in the amount will be settled by refund or additional charge, as appropriate. We are committed to communicating any price changes and obtaining your consent before proceeding with the changes.

**Refund Procedures**
- To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer service providing the booking details and justifying the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within a specified time period (for example, within 7 business days) and will be made via the original payment method or according to different arrangements.

**Changes in Rental Duration**
If you wish to shorten the duration of the rental once it has started, Retro Rental is not obliged to refund the difference in price for the period of non-use, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

**Exceptions**
- Some particular cases may require specific assessments regarding refunds, such as major force  situations or disputes by the customer. In these cases, the final decision will be made by the company.

**Changes to this Policy**
Retro Rental reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will be effective immediately.
